news and shizz from me: november
ts been a little while since i did an update on my website www.steve-may.com but im having some trouble uploading to my server atm so ill just put all the stuff here to update anyone that cares icon_wink.gif
back last month i was invited to go an play at Park night in tokyo alongside japanese prog legend DJ19 (19 box records, bedrock, park)
was awesome fun hanging out, checking out some sites around tokyo, wrote some tunes, and met some cool dedicated prog fans and had the chance to play my first gig in tokyo.
the day after i arrived back in melbourne we had PF #32, luke chables welcome home party. was great catching up with chewble and was stoked to be asked to play the warm up set for luke in his first gg back in melbourne since feb! obviously he has been busy globetrotting around on tours since then
PF was an awesome way to kickstart the long weekend with John Digweed playing on cup eve at QBH. this party went off, i havnt seen so many people in a club for ages! it was a pleasure being involved in this night and included in the line up, as Digweed has been one of the most influential djs to me.

my tune Sublimate on Armada's Coldharbour (markus schulz) label was included on both matt hardwick's essential mix and on john askew's KissFM Show.
Studio wise i busy as, currently got about 10 things n the go including new material for armada/coldharbour in the pipeline, remix for SOGchrome, kreice's Kindred sounds, single on baroque and more.
Quinny and Mangan have been playing a new remix i have done for Screen recs. its a breaks thing of R3volve's How 2 Live tune. u might have heard it at arthurs or on Kiss FM.
A cheeky little booty i did of james holden's "a break in the clouds" found its way into Armin Van Buuren's cd walett and was included on his ASOT 222 show and at his armin only thing.
Perry Oneil, Hybrid and Hernan Cattaneo have had a remix of Blake Jarrell's "thumpie" tune i did included in a few sets too whihc im very excited about.
so yeah keeping pretty busy.
Dont forget to Choon into my show on ETN.FM called "the Open HOur" its every 3rd friday of the month on the prog stream.
