[Psy] Xelphore - The Synthetic (Cybernetika's Unreality Remix) [320 kbps, full]

Hey,
I got another new tune for you. this time a remix which is actually my second remix ever
I chose "The Synthetic" by Xelphore (aka Aquarian here in the forum). I thought it would be hard to remix and it was :P ... The track has not too much in common with the original tune, I tried to add some sick timestretched vocals from Unreal Tournament, heh, thats why I call it "Unreality Remix"... So prepare for a full-on, melodic, yet dark and hard psychedelic trancer

Length: 9:35 (there is ~1 minute of silence in the end, sorry for that error but you can cut it away if you like )
Filesize: ~22MB
Bitrate: 320kbps
Equipment used: FL Studio 5, ReFX Vanguard, Wasp, z3ta+, some other plugins.

The link:

Hope you like it

Very nice work. I like how you squeezed in my samples into what you had before. Sounds more melodic than the first version. You're right it does sound completely different, but at the same time there's some reconizable elements. I likes

dude, another excellent track, i am putting this next to astrodamus for people to download off my server, one thing tho, i dont know whether its because there are too many fx, it sounds a little bit fuzzy all together, not the low part of the sound spectrum, but the middle of it but like i said, another gem by cyber

Sick and twisted.... very nice!

That intro is very haunting.

These vocals are just nasty. Terribly haunting. I've not played Unreal Tournament, but I've played my fair share of Quake Tourney, so I got that out of my system

These science-fiction melodies are fitting well, but the kick is not to my liking. The kick is way too high pitched, and is not solid at all.

The vocals just get sicker... I think that's the sound of the chick getting fragged? heheheee - I actually think this would make a good Halloween psy-track.

Breakdown commeth. Grimy Pads to a distorted lead riff... Very nicely done. It evolves nicely, but the segment just seems tad too long.

The string melodies and motifs near the end were steller... However, something about compressors, perhaps, the other elements didn't seem to check.

I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of this track, but there were some solid Cyber-ideas here. I guess part of the reason I didn't like it as much was because the song sounded more like a tourcher-chamber than anything else. Not my kind of thing, but like I said, this song had it's moments.

Great intro on this one before hitting in with the beat, really does set the tone magnificently. The vocal samples used have a great evil effect. The beat is addictive though maybe needs a bit more punch to it to really make it cling inside the brain.

The break is great and in my opinion nothing wrong with the length, just further adds to the chilling atmosphere. I really can't fault anything here. The last track I heard of yours a while back was very well polished and this is too so you definately know your stuff. Great work.

Yeah really decent track here mate. Nice to see you working with some vocals. Would have been nice to hear some more extreme butchery of them, but they work really well with your style which is a bit of a surprise.

Synths are nice and crisp, well distorted, but still very clean and separated and all that. Loving that one you bring in halfway through. Filtered madness all the way

Bassline is lightly more energetic that your norm, which is well recieved. Would even like to hear some full on from you, just to hear what a big bouncy bassline of your would sound like... hmmm

Kick sounds nice and punchy but does seem to lack prescence in the mix a bit.

Theres a shitload of stereo panning and reverb in this track. Could be nice to centre a few things just to contrast a bit more. Just an idea...

Good work overall and a bit different from your other tracks too!
