I'm dreaming, the version of the album Behind the Sun and specially the Live version on the show in Palladium, puts you closely to the beach, into a journey of Chicane's melodies, powerfull percussions and the perfect atmosphere for a trip. when the track end's, it'll looks like you woke from a dream, but it's not a dream, it's Chicane. I'm searching for more Chicane's Live Shows ... and if anyone knows where, contact-me please

i dunno man, i mean, some of chicane's work is great i.e. sunstroke.. but his stuff from behind the sun did not impress me at all. Some of the harmonies are cool but his drums fucking SUCK on that album.. it's like he tries to be all breaky but there's no variations - which is stupid and makes some of the to0nz monotonous. Behind the sun sounds really dated in my opinion. It's funny too because behind the sun is more recent than his single sunstroke.. and sunstroke has stood the test of time (very well). kind of a rant *shrug*

Halcyon is an amazing Chicane track - and I am sorry but I have to disagree with your comment about Behind the Sun sounding dated, I admit it is not as good as FFTMC but still an amazing album.

Pity he seems to have lost his touch

i actually think BTS >> FFTMC

if FFTMC=9.5, then BTS=9.75 !

the only flaw with FFTMC is the strange gospel-like vocals in the original of sunstroke. the disco citizens remix of sunstroke on the same album is so much better.

the only flaw with BTS is the cheesy brian adams vocals.


both albums are awesome nonetheless!
i'd rather hear these chicane albums ad nauseum then subjugate myself to the plethora of crapola trance coming out these days!
