Any one interested in a studio construction thread?

I'm building out my basement to put a semi decent studio in there, and I was wondering if there would be any interest in seeing and discussing how it's being designed put together?

There will be a fair amount of construction early on (How to and not to sound proof and plan room accoustics), but then getting to patch bay design, what gear is selected and why (Actually I already have the gear but that's a different point) and that kind of stuff.

This is the second time I've built a space out, and I thought it might be of interest..

Heyas,

I was thinking of a before, during and after over time as things get done. I've got som 3D models built with CARA CAD which will be interesting to see how measured accoustics match computed ones.

Also I'm working on rack designs and patchbay layouts too.

Just take a bunch of pictures at every (or most) step/s along the way while keeping a journal each night. Then you can organize it into a thread if you want. If not, it will still help you stay organized and will be better for your studio in the longrun.

You have no idea... :-)

I'll start a new thread in a couple of days with some designs and the space I have to work with.
