When I was a kid....

The year was 1996.
I was a horny, skinny, pimply teenager.

I dont have pimples any more.

It was summer holidays, i was going into year 10, we spent every other day down at coburg olympic pool and life was farken great.

We used to go to underage parties like 'Time' @ the Metro, 'Radiation' in Thomastown and anywhere else theyd let us in.
Arty K, Alex Deslexia and Captain Turntable were on absolute fire.
Kixx and HitzFm reigned supreme.
My mates where Greeks, Italians and Lebos from the north.

We would have an absolute ball fuled on free coca cola, then our first cigarettes, and then, well, other things.

We used to PLay games.
The goal was to kiss as many girls as you could in one night.
The winner was the first one to lose his virginity. (I won)

Ill never forget the first time i walked in to the metro on a saturday arvo when i was about 15.
We got there early (12.30 in the arvo) and by the time it opened at 1 there was a 100 meter line down the street.
The music hit me hard - it was so alien and i dunno synthetic - and on the big system it was just so new!

Anywho - today i was in the studio with Sasha and we were going through old tunes.
Like OLD tunes. So i picked out a few and have put em up for you here.
So yeah there are only 10 here - i reckon theres about 300 tunes just like this i could put up on the net
-JUST TO MAKE YOU YOUNGINZ UNDERSTAND- just how farken cool it all was back then.

So yeah if you are 25ish or over have a listen and get a tear in your eye for the good old times.
If your young and only getting into this shit - well this was the electro house of 1996.

running time is only about 40 min and its only 36 meg.

OMG how old is this tune (also called la luna) .. i remember my friends used to mock me because i<3 this tune and not into metallica at all lol
