Why would you need a different kind of program for it?

Awww... It sounds weird, that's for sure, but it could be brilliance in the making... The fact that it sounds different intrigues me at least a lil bit...

Best of luck m8!

acid pro is really good and its what i use when making a quick mix to listen in the car. I have heard very good mixes with cubase, much better than those that i have heard on acid 4.0, and i would suggest downloading a demo of that.

Cubase isn't a mix tool.

I was thinking ableton Live or something since i was also gonna mix and remix (playing samples of other songs on top as well). If i was gonna make a simple Mix Cd i would of used Nero, LMAO.

But im produce stuff as well and im wanna do something special to these tracks.

fair enough, its really simple to use to make a mega ish type mix or wtvr.. i hate taking the time to get the bpm in acid for making a simple mix..

for doing edits and more in depth stuff, sound forge + acid ftw..

when you get in depth you can get it near perfect, its just a pain to do it for a bunch of tunes..(around 18 tunes if its a full pop mix..)
