Vocal Sample in "Escape" and "Incognition"

Im sure you all know wha tIm talking about... anyone know what sample Airbase and Ronski Speed and Friends used??
im sure it could be a part of Vengeance FX but I never have the time to go through each fx.

just use any vocal sample? chop it up into different vowels. that's what i do...

Its not the same sample. The clip I have is just a short 5 sec clip of a girl singing a few words. then its just editing the sample start and note length of the vocals when playing it.
