Prog House Song Help

i heard a song few times at the guv and the gallery and comfort zone.. in toronto... a lot of local,s play it.... the only thing i know about it is theres a voice that goes. when the sun goes down in...... and then it drops into a kinda electro / prog house beat.. SICK track please help
