I don't know about Canada but technically as long as you complete 2 weeks (or whatever time you give) you'll get your last paycheck with all your sick pay. I've only correctly quit one job so it's only happened to me once

YOU are why many companies dont give sick days.



I dunno about sick days but most of the time u get paid for your vacation days/weeks. Either way, go for it.

one time when i was in high school, i accrued 120 sick hours * $10.00/hour. i worked pt, but the company was nice enough to give me 40 hours worth of sick hours per year.

Depends on the company I guess. The last company I worked for sent me a separate check like 3 weeks after I quit just for the vacation pay. Although the tax bracket was all screwed up for it, since I had to pay like double the taxes, compared to my regular paycheck.
