*i took out some wind effects.
*i made the melody longer.
*the melody now has a noticable stop
*i lengthend the whole song.

The sounds dont sound too much like wind but whatever lol. The beat is cool, im waiting for the bass to come in..it jsut did, its a good bass, fills the low end well, and with a cool funky riff. Im not sure the synth that comes in is in key with the bass.....theres something wrong, so you should try to arrange that.
You got the basics really well, keep going and try to refine everything and put detail.

I don't like the "wind" sounds, or the weird bubbly thing, especially when it just cuts off the melody like that. And the ending sound is weird =\ The melody's nice though, but parts of it sound too harsh; try EQing it a bit to fix it.
