Compress the kick with the bass. Try Different settings, but keep in mind what you want to reduce the volume of the bass when your kick plays, so a -3 tresholh and 2:1 wont do that. play with the ratio with 3:1 or higher and lower the treshold till you get the pumping you like. Careful however, as pumping can be VERY ANNOYING, but a little bit sure gives some oomph

The comp is always good as was discribed. Also you could try a slower attack time for your kick sample and move it forward a notch in your sequence. Sometimes a static flange or chorus can add a bit of space to your kick.
