Can FLP default plug ins be used in other programs?

There are a few Fruity Loop default plug ins I just love: Mainly Delay and stereo enhancer. Is it possible to somehow transfer these plug ins to a different folder so that I can use them in sonar?

Copy whatever DLLs you want.
