Quite a few actually use and made their own profiles themselves. It's great.

People like Dave Dresden have even put rants about corporations coming in and ruining it for everyone and killing the 'community' aspect of things, which to a point he is right.

Then you have artists like Armin, Markus, and Ferry who's web team does it for them. But it's still good to see personal msg's up from the artists themselves.

I think MySpace (though extremely poorly coded) is a great way to meet people and interact with others.

It's not that I hate myspace so much as I hate all of such websites (ala friendster, et al.). Origionally joined myspace when jer started the TOTA myspace group....
