hallo mates..i noticed that the track has been changed a bit after the exporting...how can i export my track to wav file without damaging it?

Make sure the track isn't clipping. (The red flashing light)

export via rewire and Cubase/Logic/anything else if you can...Reason Sound quality and export has had some problems since ever...

Reason won't even give you the dB over or under 0 for anything anyway... it's like flying by the seat of your pants.

i thought reason is standalone program and cant be rewired..

How to rewire:

1. Start Cubase / Logic / or another sequencer

2. Activate REWIRE in this sequencer (see manual for details...)

3. Check if you can listen to the Reason Audio signal in this sequencer through rewire

4. Use "Export Audio/Export to Wav/ Bounce" function in this sequencer... (see manual for details...)

This is how it works, can be a little different depending from the sequencer software (Cubase SX, VST, Logic, ...) you use.



@DJFreaq: Have you checked Reason Audio output with and without
Rewire? You really should do this. It makes a difference (but this is an old an endless discussion )

That's a myth. There's nothing wrong with Reason's sound engine. (Although, the synths have some aliasing problems at high frequencies. Not really noticable.)

and rewiring to cubase wouldn't have helped because the aliasing was built in the channel mixers. You can now choose between the old school mixer sound engine and the new one on the backside of it.

Uh, that switch is for the EQs, not the mixer itself.
The EQ algorithm was updated in Reason 2.5. They had to put a compability switch or old tracks would sound different with the new EQs. It has nothing to do with the sound engine.
