Hey, need some help IDing this track. I've been searching for this song for the longest time...

This track has been used in both the Ali G Seasons 1 & 2 DVD menus, and more recently Bacardi has used it in their promotional commercials. (The most recent one I saw had to do with Bacardi and Diet Coke having 0 carbs, I think.) I've got a clip ripped from the Ali G DVD for anybody to ID.

I know of at least 10 other people trying to find this song too, and nobody's been able to come up with it yet. Many thanks to whoever figures it out.
