asdr env follow vst?

Anyone know of a vst plug that applies a filter ASDR or velocity ASDR based on volume reaching a certain threshold? Kind of like a filter compressor...

This sounds so elementary, I have no idea why I can't find one...

try the classic auto filter, it has attack and release anyway:
