Mp3 splitting?

Sorry if this has been posted before but i was wondering what programs do you guys use to split up mp3s? like if i dl a 2 hour track from this site and i want to split it up into individual songs how do i do that?

mp3directcut: very simple

just open the cue with the mp3 on the same directory and chose: save split...

ready.
