hey peoples-

i'm wondering if anybody would be able to help me ID this tune i heard on nick warren's latest essential mix for radio one, aired on 09.29.01. the track comes on around the 77 min mark. the lyrics go like this

i've heard it in a few other mixes, but i haven't been able to get a positive id myself. i'm not sure if anybody knows like a website than has playlists from all the old essential mixes, that would help too.
