Confused *dance track, clip included*

A friend of mine burned a random compilation cd for me and I'm trying to label all the songs. I asked him but he doesn't know.

This is a dance track with no lyrics. It sounds familiar to me like its been a commercial or something, but I can't remember at all.

Someone told me it sort of sounds Mr. Oizo-ish but I have no clue if it is or not.

Please help?
