Survival Shows

Anyone else been watching these things on The Discovery Channel? I'm watching this survival show and a woman goes skydiving. When shes talking and flashes on the screen I thought "man this bitch is ugly she must have landed on her face". Turns out she did

Haha, I know the show you're talking about. I saw the one last night where a dude hiking with his friend on some remote island had a huge boulder fall on him and he was trapped under it and managed to survive 30 hours under it while his friend went and got help...lost both his legs but still a lucky dude to be alive.

Its amazing though what the human body can do to keep alive when it's so close to death with adrenaline and everything.

i saw the one with the boulder earlier tonight, it was great. i love these sort of shows. the one about the guy who 'abandons' himself for 7 days in a random place inst that good though, seems too fake for me.

The other one which I'm watching right now is much better. It has Bear Grylls some ex SAS guy (http://www.beargrylls.com/newsite/html/biography.html) who actually appears to know what he is doing, and is much more entertaining.
