rythmic elements are good, pads are not, there is no progression here or sense of a song, just a pad with some fx on top of a rythm, which doesnt do much... I suggest taking a look at transitions, and a theme for your track because this doesnt seem finnished.

i mean im really fresh in this whole music making thing, and i dont really have the practical experience alot, i still have alot to go, but yeah i just wanted to know what people think of it
