Read This! SuDoKu!

Does anyone else spend hours working on these fun puzzles?

I see people doing it everywhere... I can't get enough of it! it's addictive.

I feel confused even looking at it.
So attempting it would make me feel stupid.

They look hard. . .

Yes people , I know it's just numbers, but to me it looks hard.

I don't see the appeal of it.

Then again, I've done enough of them when I was like 5 and it was for school work so I guess it's boring to me now.

Similarly, I find word search so much more amusing than sudoku, because I didn't have them when I was a kid.

actually the only bit of numbers involves your ability to count to 9. You could just as easily make them with the frist 9 letters of the alphabit.
It's more an issue of strategic planning.

I don't think I ever tried it. I go straight to the crossword puzzles - i was addicted to those for a while. Would attempt the Toronto Star and Metro puzzles everyday.

The fact that they're numbers is completely arbitrary. They could be symbols, letters, etc. It's nothing more than a Vertex Colouring Problem

I happened to look over my desk here at work and saw somebody playing it, so I asked and I just got a crash course in this Sudoku shit from her.

Kinda neat. Too bad I hate numbers.
