Seems like fake to me, or just someone who wants to defame Islam by exaggerating something that has nothing to do with Islam. I could be wrong though but I really really doubt it.

So apparently the children do it to themselves, and the blood on the infants is probably their parents blood (or not, im not even going to pretend to understand these type of customs). It's a stupid Shia practice of "mourning" for Imam Hussain and his people (who got slaughtered by Yazid). Has nothing to do with Islam. Self-mutilation/self-inflicted pain is "haraam" (i.e. forbiden) in Islam. Get your facts right TRANCEEE.
