highly doubtful - that car was in excess of 100mph and hit a large tree, roof-first... if that person survived, it would be a miracle...

you can find a few out there - of course the cops don't want to release video of themselves getting tooled on the road. I've seen a great one of a kid in a E30 M3 making the cops look like f'n idiots.. it was great  - He was literally driving in circles around some of the cruisers, and they couldn't/didn't catch him
