Try a downtown bank.
Please note that alot of South and Central American money has undergone major inflation, then reprinting and revaluation of currency. I have over a million Colivianos, but they were printed in 1970 or so, but Bolivia has changed currencies at least twice since then, so the money is useless. The bank will only exchange money that is still in print/use, the rest is toilet paper or collectible.
