When you create a VST instance Cubas will automatically place a vst instuments folder within your project. hit the + sign next to this folder and another folder(s) will appear for each vst instance...open that folder and within this folder there should be 8 stereo tracks. Select the track that you have your vst playing thru and then go to inserts (located under track parameters and above sends) amd click in one of the black boxes to unvail the list of plug-ins.
