Exporting to wavs to reduce CPU load

Yeah I'm sure there's a billion threads on this, I just can't find anything. I'm using FL studio, and my computer is maxing out and going crazy, how do I go abouts reducing load? I know I can take my samples and turn them into wavs, but I cant even figure that out. Thanks in advance
