Keyboard???

I have about $500 and I want a keyboard for making trance...I know thats not enough money for for a decent keyboard...What I wanted to know is there any cheap keyboards with some decent synth sounds...I'm not talking supernova or triton...I wanna use it with vst...I was leaning toward a yamaha psr-550 or s03 or a roland xp 10...any suggestions???

I'm not sure how great the Roland XP10 is, but I have the XP30 and it works great. I would reccomend it if it has expansion slots.

if you plan on having more money later on...try going with a rack mount of a popular synth..i got the ms2000 rackmount for only 500....killer virtual analog synth....really phat sounds out of the box, with a little tweakin, this is great for just about any type of dance music out there.... no lie...you can always buy a controller for it later on. in the meantime, you can control the sounds from the front panel of the rackmount...

i recommend the korg ms2000/r dood
