seriously, just grab a heap and smear it onto the affected area. Leave it for like 2 hours and it should be good. Nice and thick though and rub it in like a cream. The peanut butter won't disappear (like a cream does) but it works better when you do



You may need to do it a couple of times.

so what you need to do is rub down the part that has been infected with the sucktion of a woman (i Hope!)

smear your skin, rub it around. Try to move the excess blood that bursted into an even area.

it takes a bit of the "bruised up" look away.


after that, cover it up with a polo shirt, collar up.

Your best bet would be rubbing ice on the area (will constrict blood vessels, reducing redness) or an anti inflammatory gel (dunno how effective this would be, but should have a simlar effect on blood vessels).
