Everyone has a story from when they were young...
The story is from an event that happened when they were a child..
and event.. that they.. directly or indirectly caused...
which resulted in the biggest grounding of their life.. or.. to those who were very fortunate and didn't get caught...resulted in the BIGGEST cover-up scheme they've ever created...

SO LETS HEAR EM!

When I was about 7.. me sister (then 9) developed the most entertaining game ever...
We took two mattresses... leaned one against the wall.. and left one flat on the floor beneath the other... we would run at full sprint from the other side of the basement.. jump over the matress on the floor.. bounce off the matress against the wall and fall onto the floor matress... it was the greatest game ever...
what we didn't realize was that we leaned the matress against the Water Pressure meter... and broke the crap out of that thing...we then pulled the couch in front of it so the leak woulnd't be seen... until of course it got so bad that it started to rot away the floor under the area rug and carpet...
i had never been so grounded in my life... i believe it was 3 weeks.. maybe a month..

lol this brings back memories for me too...my nanny used to hit me with a wooden spoon when i did bad things....things like

catching snakes (she hated snakes) and putting them in bags and giving it to her as a surprise gift

digging up her flowers to make perfume and other potions lol

stealing her lighter with my cousin, and going into the forest to make bonfires

climbing onto the roof

eating all the icing off of the cakes she made for her guests

often they busted during the punishing process on me...lol

on a particular day when I was 12 I blocked one with my elbow and it broke.....me being the smartass - I started laughing and said "you have no more wooden spoons left.......way to go mother! HAHA!!"

one year for Christmas I bought her a dozen wooden spoons.......she opened the gift (confused) and was like "a dozen wooden spoons.....thanks???"

we all laughed........it is good when you can do that

worst one ever?

me and my brother got into a fight... I tried hiding in the washroom. My brother, being the ox that he was even back then, punched a hole clean through the door.

Instead of yelling, instead of spanking, my dad did the one thing that hurt most. He charged us 200 each for the repair...

200 hurts when you are 10
