Exclamation Record Label / Artists Promotion Section?!

Hi all,

I have been asked to do the online promotions for a new record label from Portugal. I'm fairly new to this forum, and I can't seem to find the right section to post this info.

Is there a promotional section? If not, where can I post this label info?
