Get rid of that annoying pop-up "CONGRADULATIONS, BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has to be the worst decision you guys could make for advertising. I know you have to pay the bills, but god dam it's comes on very loud and makes me want to stop visiting this website for now on. Get rid of it. Does anyone agree?

Pop-ups are a thing of the past. Everybody knows that shit aint FREE. So why dont they just be straight instead of trying to beat us around the bush with old ass gimmicks.

Point Being

The point is it shouldn't come up at all. It's offensive! Those ads are so out of the loop. Nobody cares about a free cell phone! You can get them free anywhere nowadays. And you know they are gonna rob you of your information and make you sign a two year contract. It's crap!

from running a website perspective, it makes sense for it to come up. i think you are just personally offended by the pop-up, i mean it's the fact of the internet, many sites run pop-ups some more discreet than others. I can also tell you from the amount of time I've spent here and how frequent I am on the message board, I don't ever encounter any pop-ups. Mainly because I skip the main page, I skip the page that has stuff that people want, like the tracks section. I'm sure if you really want the track/set you'll have to deal with some sort of revenue generating web-advertisement. If you come here solely to participate in our web-forum/community, you can easily skip all the pop-up ads by just going directly to the main forum page

Pop ups stay, sorry.

(Also, for the record, those campaigns that advertise "you've won...." etc generate the highest click through rates in the industry - on par with the flash ads that you interact with to 'win' something)
