[Drum'n'Bass] Cybernetika - In Genius (320 kbps, full)

Hey,

here is a new tune for you, called "In Genius". It's a pretty dark, spacey Drumnbass tune. I wanted to make a really driving, heavy percussion and some floating, spacey pads on this one.

Here is the link:
http://www.cybernetika.de/cybernetika_-_in_genius.mp3
(6:53 @ 320 kbps)

Enjoy!

hey there dude! .
this is some dark shayt

your pads are cool but they kinda repetetive to me, though i think the really cool drum pattern make up for it .

really like the snare sound you used.
that weird pad that is in the intro is just to weird for me ^^,
i like the 2:40 part .
especially the thing at 3:00! Thats pure EVIL!

the delaylama?! nicely "covered" by a pad though .

the vocals are like unhearable .
what effects did you used to make the 3:00 thing? its stuck in my mind .

this track sure is driving, though i wish it would have a more melodical part like distal kingdom.. but you said you wanted it this way .

Intro - that sound is pretty cool, sounds very similar to an alarm almost.. whoa that drum pattern is kickin my ass! sounds almost like a breakbeat type pattern without the glitches! Nice use of fx sounds in the background too

1:35 - nice work there to bring in the bassline, and a nice bassline it is!

ooh nice soundclip there, you're damn right the system has become unstable! whats that clip from?

cool sounds here... atmosphere is good. the first synth you start off with isn't a good one, seems like it wavers too much, and is muffled as well. when everything is in together, it all sounds fine, though.

kick needs some more punch, doesn't hit hard enough and overall the percussion can be bumped up a bit.

don't have any other crit at the mo, but the track sounds pretty good, good work here

i usualy don't listen to darkstep that often but this is a pretty sick tune.

overall nice effects, especialy the sweeps and noises. 3.00 definitely sounds awesome.

cannot find any points of critique on the technical side, great work.

WTF: the beginning caught me off guard. I liked it.

Good driving percs. So far. That weird bass with the LFO-age is sounding pretty hot.

Nice and spacy. Dark, and spacey. Good so far.

I could go for some really deep bass about now? 01:08 -- or are you teasing me until you slam it in?

Good little break down.

01:37 - interesting... Not quite deep enough. But I dig it.

Good and spacy still. Haven't lost that theme.

02:19 great little sample. That alarm weird bass is pretty tight sounds like it might be fuzzing a little bit (vanguard style)
02:44 cool ambience change. getting dark again
03:01 nice distortion break thing.
03:48 back into the spacyness with no bass. I like. I like.
04:05 WOA! That clipped a bit I think
05:09 More good noisy break stuff

Ok. My overall opinion is that... my Alesis's can't go lower than 53hz really... So I can't really hear if there's anything killing me in the sub frequencies. But it doesn't really have enough bass for me, to be drum and bass.

Then again, I am no DnB fan or connosoure. But this sounds pretty good. Not sure if you're going to do anything else with it. But those are my two cents. I dig it.

LOL... the farting pad in the beginning seems too drumNass to me. Cool, but it's too much like a siren for my liking. Okay, it becomes the bass, it may not be so bad after all...

THe loopy DNB percs are definately a plus; kudos on the snaredrum, that was well perpetrated.

This kind of vibe is something I'd really like in a spacy-video game. Something along the lines of an R-Type/Gradius flight. It's tight as heck. Maybe even a boss battle in some segments of the track. The track could almost do well in some anime soundtrack -- it just has that coolness vibe to it.

The dark pads and squirty-bells at 2:50 are in-genius.

A new, square-ish bass... Sweet, I like this one better I think, but it lacks the high-end prescence of the other one.

Nice outro, a pad-maddening screech that seems to be clipping undesireably. Could just be the limiter settings, but I'm not so sure.

did i start a fad??

heh... this is solid
dark pads around 0:45
groovy around 1:38
back to the bass...
BUZZY!!!!! pardon... had to get it out of the system....
love your synth work around 3:40

again with the squares
heh... you set the standards for psychedelics...

methinks you need a heavier kick... (love the pad around 5:50)

overall.. really cool stuff...
