Doing it online is probably your best bet.

Just go to Chinatown and BARGIN!

No matter how pissed of the Asiain gets, do not accept his price until you feel that it's somewhat fair. You can usually get some pretty cool things for cheap as long as you bargin a bit. Also if you don't come off as a tourist, then they won't take advantage of you.

Just never settle for the deal that they give you. Always push your luck with them.

Otherwise inline buying is safer and cheaper.

Have Fun, and don't forget to go to Luigi's and have dinner.

check out www.dpreview.com for best camera reviews..
and www.techbargains.com to catch an online bargain..
I seen people get Nikon 995 3 megapixel camera for $299, and it is around $800 elsewhere..
