wuzzup ta's of holy land!!! my name's patrick, i'm from the us and live in london for about another two weeks. before i go back home i wanna do some traveling, and i am dead set and comin over to israel for a week. i was thinkin of doin tel aviv for 3 or 4 nights, and then goin over to jerusalem for a little sprititual enlightenment for 3 days or so.
i'm sure that there isn't much clubbing to be done in jerusalem, but i am just as sure there is that much more to make up for it in tel aviv!!! can anybody point me in the right direction?? i'm planning on being there from about the 16th-23rd of June or so, but i might be able to change that a bit if there are some really good parties you can help me plan around?? thanks!!!!

well, first thing is your age. parties with "big name" djs usually have an age limit for 23. sorry, i cant tell which special parties will take place in those dates you wrote. usually tell aviv and jerusalem have a nice veriety for night life and culture. as for a good "trance party/gig" i am not sure there will be something hot...
the latest party we talk about is on 26.6.2006 in HERZZELIA (a city close to tel aviv):

ahh i definately can't be in tel aviv on june 15... so no paul van dyk
is it always a safe bet to be able to find some sort of trance/techno/rave type event every weekend in tel aviv? i read about a few pretty big clubs, but i don't know if the music is all that great? i saw mentioned Nanushka, Shesek, TLV, Erlich, Breakfast Club, and Whisky a Go-Go. are these places worth going to?? thanks again everyone!!

Nanushka, Shesek never heard of this & I am pretty sure they are pick up bar or something like that
Breakfast Club not really a big club ,it's more like dance bar.I never been there but ppl say that it has nice house music .
Erlich is a pick up bar with commercial shit.
Whisky a Go-Go is a small dance bar with private parties & it sux .
Only TLV is a big club , but lately there are not much parties in it.

Well basically for your age in Israel most of the ppl
are going to "soldiers" parties (18-21) that most of them aren't in Tel Aviv itself... and the music there varies from RNB to New York house... some psytrance aswell,
but if one of your goals is to score with a israeli chicks, that would be the place...

and if one of your other goals is to listen to bad music then it sure is the place - mostly the dj's in every club like those mentioned by chook are playing the worst music from each genre - doesnt matter what you like you'll need to drink alooooot to enjoy there
dunnow what style do you prefer but techno you should find here mostly on weekends - cafe barzilay is probably the best underground place to be in tel aviv playing techno/minimal/breakbit
club maxim also worth checkin on thursdays (electro-progressive/progressive-psy trance) and on fridays (electro, funky house, sometimes even progressive house)
haoman in tel aviv will offer you mostly minimal/tribal-tech sounds on thursdays and if you are lucky maybe you'll even catch a guest dj from abroad
if you are in tel aviv on monday you should check the "denzel" - it's a little dance bar with no more than 200 people but it's great - funky house and electro are making this place go mad and it's free entrance
well thats about most of it i think
