This will cause an eventual rift in shows and promotions. Now that Focus moves away to Saturdays, what's there on Fridays now? All the local promoters have weeklies on Saturdays now.

Deepen had a niche with the deep house sound but too many a times I found it a bit too soft for a Saturday. I think if they were to find a Friday home as a weekly to *start* a weekend I think it will be successful once again. I appreciated their longevity and had great nights there. Asad Rizvi, Terry Francis, wicked shows. You look at the music landscape now though, it's a bigger, clubbier sound and the declining attendance reflects that.

Focus Saturdays, with changes to Believe @ Red Room, the new Blueprint night at Republic and changes at Tokyo Lounge, it may make Saturday too crowded and oversaturated.

i juss hope dat tha move to Satz for prog will still b good for dem(Focuz)..shamez 2c them die aftamove fr Thurrz volumez to Fri an then 2 satz.

i know sum pple sed BLEIEVE will take away fr prog satz at lotus,,but i BELIEVe dat tha pplz at RedRm r different...the music iz chzzzzy at redroom sat nitez...fridayz prog@lotuss iz deepr n darker,,an tha ppl thurr r more clued in wif tha muzik.

Of most DJs I've heard do radio shows, I haven't heard a guy wreck as much as Villo did. Just an observation.

Paranoid Jack @ Focus Lotus was great, really dug the tunes he was dropping. Didn't see Jerome Robbins at Red Room though. I never really liked the sound at RR in any case.

I played at the Red Room on a Believe night once but that was the day before Christmas and it was my friend who was doing the promotions and not really the Believe crew.

I'll be playing next week @ Tokyo Lounge w/ DJ Rap.

I hope Deepen gets to do one-off shows. If anyone is to bring Terry Francis or Mr C or any of the Bugged Out! crew, it'll be them.
