Listening with cheap cyber coffee speakers so I am avoiding to comment about mixdown:
The pads begin to dry and straight to the point, at least I would fade them in so you build the athmosphere .
The first two Chord grades are classic, later they get really cool, instead a reverse cymbal I would use a rolled up one, like the one you hear in the movies like tarararararararararararararRARARARARARARARARAA with a fade in and out, those ones are classic, the reversed one it sounds a bit out of the mood.
Good piano melodie, I am expected to listen to some Fx/Chill Out drums like rock samples with reverb and some Sequenced Fx drums with some automatization filters and that stuff would boost it up alot, trusth me, nice choral melodie at the break.
In overall, this tune has potential for to be a great chill out track, but right now it is to basic, to add some Fx and Sequenced drums as I have said before with auto filters, try to back up the chorla melodie with some fluty sound or shak, a cymbal roll instead the reverse cymbal, to build up better the athmosphere, mood on the intro, to play with the panoramics with rock samples with alot of reverb and a stereo delay, and above all, SOME DEEP KICKS! Deep kicks are basic to add that deep touch mate, some deep kick with alot of reverb every 4 or 8 patterns can make the diference, it's what gives that bum deep sound to chill out tunes.
Keep it up man, keep me updated .
