it's just brown rice cooked with a sauce that's made of lemon juice and whipped egg... it's not runny, the egg thickens around all the rice, but it tastes soooo lemony and delicious. it's really simple, and i think my mom might've invented the recipe herself... we usually ate it with artichokes when i was a kid.
