BOSE Cinemate Speaker System for sale
FROM THE BOSE WEBSITE, WWW.BOSE.COM
The Bose® CineMate™ digital home theater speaker system makes it easy to enjoy the power of a home theater experience using your TV and video components, like a DVD player or VCR. There's no bulky equipment, complicated wiring or confusing installation. And there are no center or rear speakers. Just two front speakers and a hideaway Acoustimass® module bring movies and music to life with four quick connections. A universal infrared remote controls your system and most devices attached to your television.
Thrilling Bose audio completes the picture
If you're just listening to sound through a TV, then you're not getting the full experience. But add the high-performance audio of the CineMate speaker system and you'll complete the picture with ease. Our proprietary Articulated Array® speaker design combines with TrueSpace® digital processing circuitry to produce cinematic sweep from just two front speakers. You'll also enjoy a strong center image that locks dialogue on screen with no center channel speaker to cramp your TV's style.
The Acoustimass module answers the call for emphatic low notes that grab your attention. It delivers dramatic effects without audible distortion, so you can hide it almost anywhere in the room. The module also houses the amplification for the system. And all the sound seems to come from the small speakers.
Easy to set up. Easy to control.
The CineMate speaker system offers simplified setup that can be completed in no time at all. There are just four quick connections to make, with intuitive one-way connectors eliminating the guesswork required of more complex home theater systems. A slim universal remote operates your system and most devices attached to your TV.
And in keeping with the spirit of simplicity, proprietary Videostage® 5 decoding circuitry automatically generates as many as six independent channels of audio from non-5.1 sources. So even your VHS classics can deliver the modern presentation you expect from your new video components.
The CineMate speaker system. It can make you think about home theater in a whole new way. And you'll never look at your TV the same way again.

Now what I've got to say about it:
I work for Bose and I won this system in a contest. It is a factory renewed system, however comes with the one year warranty (you have to register the product to activate the warranty and you have the option to purchase a 2-year extented warranty anytime during the first year warranty period) and same exact guarentee as a brand new product. Factory Renewed for us doesn't mean open box. It means someone bought it, or the box didn't look pretty on our sales floor, so it was sent back to the factory, tested, retested, repackaged, and resold in one of our outlet stores that only gives people a 10% discount...its kind of funny really how well the company makes out on the same exact product. Anyway, I already have a full home theater system that I won at work last year, so this Cinemate is just sitting alone in the box waiting for a loving family to put it to good use. It sells for $449, but I'm asking for $299 plus the cost of shipping to, well, anywhere. Keep in mind if you're not on 110 voltage found in north america, it won't work, so don't buy it. If this sounds like something you'd like to try, send me an email at [email protected] or leave a response here with any additional questions/comments, etc.
One thing is for sure...trance sounds super-nice through a Bose system, especially the Tiesto in Concert DVDs!

there comes a time when the operation of the machine is so odious that you cannot even tacitly participate. you've got to place your bodies on the gears, the wheels, all the mechanism. you've got to indicate to those who own it and those who run it, that unless you are free, the machine will be prevented from working at all.
