is there anything illegal about getting glasses that record video or take photos?
i was thinking about how retarded it would be to go to the premeir of X-men tonight and see a couple pretending to be the jauggernaut and storm. I'd like to take a photo of them without being as obvious to use a cell phone or camera.

if its in public, it is public domain. If there is a reasonable expectation of privacy its worse. If it is something that has implied consent like inside of a movie theater with a cam-corder recording something that JUST had an FBI warning telling you that it was a federal offense for doing it...they dont like it.

States differ though. Here in WA a janitor set up a camera in the cheerleaders locker room and it was deemed legal because there was no law against silent recording. It was only illegal if there was sound recording as well.

So that went into legislature. just make sure the law doesnt get passed during them considering if they are gonna take the case. They cant go retro but they can try you for a new law
