Alright I wasn't sure where to post this so mod's feel free to move this.

I recently was given a crate of records from a friend of mine who was given them by someone else. In looking through the records I came across a copy "Connect" by Mark Farina and noticed a signature on it. Its a bit illegible, as most signatures are, so I tryed to search the net for an image of one of his autographs.

Long story short (too late I know), anyone know how I can verify it's indeed his autograph before I put it on my wall and look like a dumbass for having a phony(no pun intended).

Although in thinking about it, I dont see why someone would just sign a record and it not be the artists signature, so I'm guessing its legit.

Comments anyone?

and why would you put it up on the wall? if my Darkstar - See Me/Feel Me vinyl signed by Armin isn't up on the wall, Mar's sig definitely doesn't need to be, especially not knowing if it's legit

Well, If I were in your position i'd have it up in plain sight. But thats just me. Why have the autograph if you're not goin to show it off. I guess you can have it for piece of mind, but autographs are meant to be shown off. Compare it to a sports autograph, you dont see people with baseballs autographed in their closets, you see them on their shelves. If anything its a conversation piece. But thanks for the input.

dude, i have sooooooo many freaking autographs from each and every event i have ever been to. its a must have for me to be connected for the night and for memories

I gave oakenfold like 5 of my mix cds in toronto and he ended up signing them and handing them out to random people. haha
