Sean Miller, a musician in every sense of the word, continues to make tidal waves out of his hometown in Toronto, Canada. His forthright approach, deep passion for music, and dedication to his craft have all demonstrated that hard work really does pay off.
Formally educated at the Royal conservatory of Music since the age of six, Sean's first taste of creative expression came as a drummer in rock and heavy-metal garage bands. Since then, this self-taught DJ and producer has found the recipe for industry success, as his bevy of loyal fans and admirers can prove.
Over the past 10 years, Sean's career highlights include his prestigious 2 Year residency at Toronto's former Boa, currently David Morales' now newly renovated after-hours "SONIC". North American tours with Steve Lawler as his official warm up DJ, including his whole "Lights out 3 Tour". He also proves his international demand by appearing at some of the best clubs and festivals in North America and abroad such as, Space Miami, Avalon Los Angeles, Spirit and Pacha in New York, Red Light Paris and the infamous Stereo in Montreal.
Although relatively still new to the act, Sean has displayed the makings of a gifted producer. With a short but impressive production resume, Sean has already nailed productions and collaborated with Steve Lawler's Harlem Group, Chus and Ceballos‚ Stereo label, and Satoshi Tomiie's Saw Recordings.
His compositions of sexy music incorporate the finer elements of deep house, sleazy grooves, and bouncy bass lines. Meaning his repertoire can be as difficult to define as the man himself.
The best DJ's know how to read people, tap into the human experience and take it to the next level. With his legendary 9 hour sets, coupled with the ability to set the tone playing anything from a small room to headlining huge festivals like global gatherings to 8000 people, Sean has proven that he can most definitely hold his own alongside some of the biggest DJ's on the planet.
With a unique style that reaps sex and sleaze, Sean is on the cutting edge of music and is slowly leading the way in pushing house music to where he believes it should be.
