So im broke right? as any person in my situation would do, i drive to walmart and buy the 26 pack of maruchan ramen noodles for $1.33. i find some mozzarella cheese in my fridge. i get creative. the cheese is an awesome idea, far better than my last idea (A-1 steak sauce. bad plan.). any ways, i eat two packs for lunch yesterday, and today i get up to pee, and holy shit its fucking brown. anyone ever experience this? dehydration? i feel fine. i drink lots of water. maybe its fucking with my kidneys in other ways.

Well, the sodium content of ramen noodles is frighteningly high. You probobly got dehydrated. That is why you shouldn't drink gatorade when you are not active, because the sodium dehydrates you when it isn't being used for energy. Sodium is primarily used to boost the connectivity between nerves.
