joke or not I just find it amusing that its always a Democrat trying to get the draft reinstated.

for you young'ins who are nervous dont worry the only way the US will have a draft is if a conventional WW3 breaks out across several countries. The US military prefers a volunteer force over a draft anyday of the week.

ok. for you bloaks that aren't aware who Charlie Rangel is, he's a among the most dispicable of Democrats in the house. he is a user of issues, not a mender of them. this is a scare tactic left over from the '04 campaign. he cares nothing about the military or force retention or range.
