Advice on Efx 500 or New Mixer??

Hi guys I just bought 2 cdj 1000mk3 and owned a DJM 500 Mixer, I also have the cdj 100.

What do you recommend me to do?

- Sell the cdj 100 and buy efx500.

- Sell mixer and cdj 100 and buy a new mixer.(I have 200.00 dls left)

- Sell the cdj 100 and buy abbleton or traktor.

- Any other idea???

I play house music to progresive trance, depends on the location the party or club, so i will really appreciate your help.

my opinion: get the efx

but it all depends on what u want to do in ur sets.

u already have a mixer and cdj. with efx u can try new things out and u can become more unique. im planning to get the efx not for the purpose of efx, but more for never ending looping and mashups. basically with efx, u can adjust the song and make it sound like something never heard. that way people who are bored of the song u are playing wont be that bored.

and uniqueness is the thing that sets djs apart.
the more potential for this, the more likely you are to be legend.

Sell the 500 and the CDJ-100 and get a new mixer. Effects can come later.

why would you want to sell the mixer? djm500 is a perfectly good mixer.

personally if you have the djm500, do you need more effects? i mean the way you can control the effects may be different but i dont think the money spent will be justified. Personally i would go with a new mixer.
