I walked over to St. Lawrence Market around noon, not knowing that this was going on beside it and was like "WTF are all these dogs doing everywhere???" There was easily a couple hundred people there when I walked by.

if you like dogs, you need to go to this...especially if you're single...people were chatting each other up all over the place, from what I saw, lol.
