Just do it. You have nothing to lose. If anything, it shows that you're at least being nice/respectable to her, and even if things don't click between you two, that you still hope she has a good time.

being its a blind date she's probably not expecting flowers. so if you bring them...right away "wow this guy is thoughtful". even if she isn't the kind of girl that really loves flowers the thought is still there and that'll be cute to a girl...
