Did you have some kind of USB adapter, or did you do it blue tooth to transfer files?

i bought the usb cable. The blue tooth thing for thr pc was way more $$ at the time. Not sure now tho. I remember it was easy to use.. you can take any mp3 on your pc and add that as your ring tone. Hell all this take makes me want to update mine and i think i will.

i have an lg2000.
i can buy a usb cable to store mp3's as ringtones on the phone.
but the cable is about 40.
i just have a few pantera songs and a couple of country songs.
it seems sufficient for now.

If the thread title says you MAKE YOUR OWN ringtones, it doesn't mean manually copying melodies from famous trance artist to your mobile!

i took the song cut it down made it fade in and out and copied a 45 sec part to the phone.. so i edited it sue me.. i could make my own but nothing would sound as good as a good trance tune on the phone.
