Go to sopcast.com and download their player (their site is weird). It supposedly uses p2p. There are a bunch of random channels, use the ones with the most views in the top part of the channels list. This week I've found ESPN, a channel form Brazil, and there is usually a couple Japanese channels (CCTV4 or 5). Just have to click on the different channels because they have unexpected names. It works real well though! Just hop your IT department at work doesn't get pissed about all the ip connections!
