I was just thinking to myself about this question and I was wondering what everyone else thinks.

Does it have to do with hormone levels, responsibility, age, ceremony (bar-mitzvah, commencement, etc.), or something else?

In order to keep this objective, lets have only the females say what they think makes a boy into a man, and only the males say what they think makes a girl into a woman.

IMO when a girl takes sole responsibility for her actions and responsibilities, she becomes a woman. (I guess the same could be said for boys/men)
